San Francisco Mine Property: Sonora. Morgain Minerals Inc. holds a 75% working interest with the remainder being held by Columbia Metals Corporation Ltd.. Old mine closed during Mexican Revolution period and never re-opened or explored seriously since. Assays from 16 RC holes, 7 underground crosscuts and 2 surface trenches point towards the possibility of Au-Ag plus moderate combined Pb+Zn mineralization. Drilling evidently took place in Dec'98 through Jan '99 time frame. Assays reported in march, 1999. At least 23 holes drilled.

Santa Maria Property, Chihuahua. Carl Di Placido, President reports that its Mexican subsidiary, minera Columbia de Mexico S.A. de C.V. Acquired 20,000 ha in western Chihuahua located in the El Sauzal Area immediately W of the Lucero concession and E of Glamis/Aquiline's claim package which includes La Cieneguita.

Guerrero Ranch Property, Sonora. A 12,000 acre property located near Imuris was optioned to Excellon which returned it to Columbia after stream sediment sampling and mapping were not sufficiently encouraging. Excellon terminated agreement on 15Nov96.
