Cream Minerals Ltd. is part of the Lang Mining Group and is a mineral exploration company with properties in Canada and Mexico. The Company is working to enhance company value through the acquisition of gold, silver, base metal and gemstone properties which may hold economic merit. Five of the most promising projects are listed below and may be reviewed in greater detail further in this website.

Cream Minerals Ltd.        [CMA:TSX-V]  [CRMXF:OTCBB]

Operates south of the border through its' 100% owned Mexican subsidiary, Cream Minerals de Mexico S.A. de C.V.

Nuevo Milenio Property
, Nayarit. Acquired the 4996 Ha, Nuevo Milenio and the 160 Ha, CMM#1 and the 2550 Ha, CMM#2 mining lots located south of Tepic, Nayarit by denouncement. Mr. Fred Holcapek, P. Eng., acting under contract with CMM, was attracted to the area by its history of gold, silver and precious opal mining, which dates back to colonial times. Prospecting located large areas of hydrothermal alteration, opalization, gold - silver bearing breccia, quartz stockwork and zones of silicification.  Mr. Holcapek reports that the zones have exposed widths of 15 to 40 meters in the Mina Once Bocas Area. Gold, argentite, silver sulphosalts and electrum are the minerals of interest. Near Mina Dos Hornos the remains of two furnaces, reportedly 4 meters tall and 3 meters in diameter, give evidence of past gold - silver bullion production. Infrastructure in the area is excellent with existing road access to the denouncements and gravel roads to individual mining areas. Labor, potable water, electricity, mail, telephone, hospitals, banks etc. are available in the district. Railway transport is 19 km from the prospect. The Nuevo Milenio project lies within the Neovolcanic province of Nayarit, and along the limits of the Chapala - Nayarit Graben. Pyroclastic felsic volcanics cover the area. Northwesterly, northeasterly and easterly trending structures and their intersection areas appear to provide the focal points for mineralizing hydrothermal fluids producing alteration and quartz breccia zones carrying gold - silver values.  CMM is presently executing an exploration program to confirm the economic
potential of the area.  A finder's fee may be payable subject to regulatory approval.

A silver-gold bearing epithermal zone of approximately 3 x 3 km has been discovered within the 7000-hectare Nuevo Milenio project boundaries. The project encompasses four exploration lots and is located south of Tepic in the municipality of Xalisco, state of Nayarit, Mexico. It is underlain by a large, Miocene age caldera with associated domes and volcanic centres within the Tepic-Chapala Graben. The Company’s geological consultant, Fred Holcapek, P.Eng. reports that preliminary exploration consisting of geochemical sampling, geological mapping, cat trenching and channel sampling has shown high-grade underground potential and large, bulk tonnage, open-pit potential. The principal structures are defined by numerous colonial workings. The project is in the early stages of exploration and there are no known records of past diamond drill work. Fred Holcapek, P. Eng. reports results within the 1.3 km Dos Hornos-San Miguel-Santa Gertrudes structure gave 326.6 g/t (9.5 oz/ton) silver and 6.5 g/t (0.19 oz/ton) gold over a 6.0 metre width, with grab samples up to 700 g/t (20.42 oz/ton) silver. Another northwest structure known as “Once Bocas” has a strike length of approximately 400 metres with selected sample assays of 127.6 g/t (3.7 oz/ton) silver and 0.48 g/t (0.014 oz/ton) within a width of approximately 100 metres. Another near parallel zone, the Chacuaco, has been mapped but not channel sampled. It has an indicated width of 450 metres of silicification, quartz veining and quartz stockwork. Grab samples provide assay results of up to 246 g/t (7.17 oz/ton) silver and 0.68 g/t (0.02 oz/ton) gold. Additional work including diamond drilling is required to establish true width, strike length and grades. The Company is encouraged by these results. Subject to further financing, an I.P. survey and diamond drill program is proposed to be initiated following the summer rainy season, after the end of September.

Tres Amigos Property, Chihuahua. A 24,000 Ha exploration property 17 km south of El Sauzal which may be optioned to ESM Resources.

VSE Report on Mexico, April, 1998

La Profeta and Los Pinos Properties, Sinaloa. Obtained 100% interest in seven exploration concessions from Minera Orca S.A. de C.V. (which is 67% Frank Lang). Leaves a 3% nsr on Ag and 1% nsr on Au.

GCN #249 30Dec97

La Verdosa Property, Durango. Entered into an option for 100% interest in 6220 ha claim. An additional 64,000 ha has been acquired based in favorable initial results. Sampling by DDH Geomanagment, under supervision of Daryl Drummond focused on four breccia zones: La Campana, El Guasimal, El Sacri and El Punto Partido all located within a 1 sq km area on the W side of the claim. Daryl Drummond and Fred Holpacek (company geologist) also inspected a showing known as Cerro Colorado which had been reported by local gambusinos to contain gold showings. RGI and GIS of Vancouver have been contracted to complete structural analysis and satellite imaging from photos. Geochem samples sent to Barringer Labs in Reno and Chemex in Guadalajara. Channel samples came back with respectable Au, Ag and Cu numbers. Old Spanish workings in the area include: Mina Tecamante, Santa Nina, Mina Marcelina and Cerro del Gato. Some of these areas are associated with NW-trending kaolinitized breccias. Cream personel report discovery of 72 arastras, an old Spanish mule road and the remains of a Spanish mill site in the area.

Las Pequis (1206 ha.) and San Diego (867 ha.) properties in Durango located 60 km S of El Salto. Area was inspected by Minera Kennecott in February, 1996. Properties are 100% optioned from Minera Orca S.A. de C.V. whose beneficial owners are Frank A. Lang and Ferdinand Holcapek. VSE approval of deal 10/31/97. Work by Cream Minerals through DDH Geomanagement consulting group included 343 5m long channel samples across 12 gossanous zones exposed in San Diego River. Results considered encouraging include a 3.8km by 300m wide geochem anomaly with 120 ppb Au and 15 gpt Ag associated with structurally controled arcuate alteration zone within a volcanic unit of Eocene to Paleocene age. Follow-up mapping, sampling and drilling planned. Currently seeking JV with a major to assist in exploration and development
