Ecstall's has Pb-Zn-Ag projects in the Kechika Trough Zinc District, a diamond project in Quebec, projects in the Bronson Creek and Eskay Creek areas. Although Ecstall had acquired an interest in some Cominco holdings in Mexico, it is not clear whether these VMS targets in Jalisco and Sonoran projects are in Ecstall's active file any longer.

Ecstall Mining Corp.      [EAM:TSX-V]

Amaltea-Cuatro Minas Property, Jalisco. Ecstall has reached an agreement in principle with Cominco to purchase an undivided 100-per-cent interest in the Amaltea mine property in Mexico, subject to acceptance by the Canadian Venture Exchange. The terms of the transaction are summarized as follows: (1) Ecstall will issue to Cominco forthwith 150,000 shares upon receipt of regulatory acceptance of the acquisition of the property. (2) Ecstall will pay all future property taxes and assessment requirements, which are presently less than $10,000 (U.S.) annually, as long as it retains the property. Ecstall can abandon the property at any time provided it offers to transfer it back to Cominco in good standing. (3) Cominco will retain a 2-per-cent NSR royalty in the property. (4) Ecstall will pay $750,000 (Canadian) to cominco on the commencement of commercial production from the property. The Amaltea property is located in the Cuale district of Mexico, about 70 kilometres west of Puerto Vallarta. It hosts two previous producing deposits, the Amaltea mine and the Cuatro Minas mine. these are Kuroko style volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits associated with rhyolites and dacites, which contain Zn-Pb-Ag-Cu-Au and  barite mineralization. The Cuatro Minas deposit was mined by open pit and still retains a drill-indicated resource of approximately 500,000 tonnes grading about 7 per cent combined zinc-lead and two ounces of silver. The Amaltea deposit was mined underground and had historic production of 277,000 tonnes grading 13 per cent zinc, 2 per cent lead, 150 grams per tonne silver and one g/t gold. Some of the better drilling results from a program carried out on the Cuatro Minas deposit in 1989 to 1990 by the previous owner are 12.73 metres of 10.2 per cent zinc, 2 per cent lead, 58 g/t silver and 10.4 metres of 9 per cent zinc, 2 per cent lead and 45 g/t silver.
