Reyna de Oro Gold Project, Chihuahua.  Located in the Urique-Batopilas area of western Chihuahua, the 14,275 hectare project sits 21 km SW of Urique and 29 km W of Batopilas. It is approximately 18 km WNW of the El Sauzal discovery. Virginia Kuran for prior owner Cons. Magna Ventures drew analogies to El Sauzal.  Epithermal gold mineralization is hosted in suite of Tertiary andesitic pyroclastic rocks. This past producer includes the Vincente and Cuse Zones (Nuevo y Viejo) which were previously part of the government's National Mining Reserves. A total of 10 holes were drilled by Cons. Magna which successfully tested the mineralization over 150 m of strike length. This program confirmed the predominantly stratigraphic control of mineralization which has thicknesses up to 30 to 70 meters in zones yet to be drill tested. The mineralized volcanic sequence dips shallowly into the hillside and can be traced on the surface for 1 km west and 400 m east of the current drilling. Tabulated results for several holes show Au in the 0.43 to 2.89 gpt range over intervals up to several 10's of meters with associated Cu values in the 0.1% to 0.5% range.

Exmin completed an 11 hole 770 meter drill program late in 2004 as part of their due diligence in getting listed. One hole intersected 60 feet of 0.18 opt Au and 20 feet of 0.40 opt Au.
