Operates in Mexico through wholly-owned GFM Resources de Mexico S.A. de C.V.

Changed name from Keaton Resources Ltd. in November, 1997. As of March 30,  2001 Grupo Ferrominero S.A. de C.V., a privately held Mexican corporation controled 67.37% of outstanding shares.

Rodeo Property
, Durango. Also formerly known as the La Casita Gold Property. Three concessions total 1180 Ha located just 5 km west of Highway 45 around 163 km north of Durango. Brecciated and silicified structures identified in 1993 by Minera Autlan geologists working in the area exploring for Mn. This same area was prospected by La Cuesta International who presented a land position to Monarch Resources who evaluated the ground between 1995 and 1997 eventually returning it to La Cuesta. GFM was still working on property assessment in October, 1998. (El Viejo Gambusino hears that as of mid-1999 this property was back in La Cuesta's hands)
