Independence Resources is looking like it plans to leave the mining sector. As of May 2001 it planned a name change to iLoveTV Interactive Inc. after successful acquisition of said company.

Entered into a cooperative agreement with Greenstone Resources Inc. to form a strategic alliance with respect to the exploration for and development of gold properties in Mexico. Mexican company is Independence Resources de Mexico S.A. de C.V. Greenstone provides technical and financial assistance to Independence in return for right to purchase a 50% interest in properties. Greenstone took a private placement which gives it a 13% control of Independence going in. Alvaro Villalobos took 841,667 shares at 15 cents out of 3M in a non-brokered private placement in Jan. 1999.

El Escober Project, Durango. A 100% interest in a total of 11 properties were acquired through six option agreements which cover a total of 22.83 sq km. Located 260 km by road NW of Durango City. Good logistics with paved highway within 15 km of property. Properties are in package of rhyolitic volcanics intruded by monzonitic intrusion. Au-Ag-Pb-Zn mineralization. Specular hemetite in veins and breccias. Quartz-barite-carbonate veining. Small old workings present - no modern exploration yet. Sampling mappping and bulldozer trenching in progress. Drilling expected in 1Q99
