Inmet did some recon in the late 90's, but then was side-tracked by Antamina and apparently never looked back.

Recon work in Mexico identified several highly promising gold targets in early 1998. More work followed. Exploration focus in North America is for gold, gold/copper & polymetallic base metal targets.
