Purchased Mexican assets of Golden Temple in March 2002 and is actively exploring for VMS deposits in central Mexico.

International Croesus Ventures Corp.  ICU   (CDNX)

Works in Mexico through wholly-owned Minera Croesus S.A. de C.V.

Actually purchased all of Golden Temple's holdings in Mexico on 13Mar02 in consideration of $100,000 CDN. This acquisition included seven mineral exploration properties located in the Mexican States of Guanajuato, Jalisco and Aguascalientes.

Dios Me Ayuda Property, Jalisco. working along with Golden Temple on the Dios Me Ayuda prospect that was discovered approximately 5 years ago when the road from Cuautitlan was built. There are no written reports on the property and the only data that exists are 10 assay samples of the massive sulfide mineralization. The Dios Me Ayuda prospect occurs in the Tepalcatepec formation. This being the same stratigraphic setting as the volcanogenic massive sulfide deposits of the Cuale, Bramador, La Minita, and Campo Morado districts, which are also located along the west coast of Mexico. Sulfide zoning is an important aspect of the deposits in each of these districts. Generally, proximal portions are richer in copper and the distal portions contain very high zinc-lead-silver grades.

La Boa Property, Jalisco. Acquired a 35,000 Ha land position over windows of Cretaceous volcano-sedimentary rocks of the Guerrero Terrane. Preliminary prospecting has indicated 15 mineralized showings containing massive to semi-massive pyrite which appear to represent volcanogenic sulfide type mineralization. In some of these prospects sphalerite, galena and barite have been detected. Present work program includes regional stream sediment sampling, regional prospecting, geological mapping and grid-work soil sampling on selected targets.

Cuale District, Jalisco. Acquired a 45,000 Ha land position in this historic massive sulfide district where Penoles, Teck and Cominco also hold land. Located near Puerta Vallarta. The El Maple/El Terko claims connect the Cominco Teck ground over the Bramador prospect to the south with Penoles block which covers the core of the historic district. Title to the 18,433 El Maple claim was received in August. A lot of previous exploration has taken place in this district including 266 drill holes which have all been compiled, 38.5 line km of dipole-dipole IP and a 1,505 sample stream sediment program covering 1000 sq km.. All of this has been compiled and two of 5 or 6 anomalous areas are partially tested. Massive sulfide intersected in past drilling ran 1 gpt Au, 132 gpt Ag, 0.82% Pb, 3.2% Zn and around 0.4% Cu. Target type is typical Kuroko-style polymetallic VMS in pyroclastic unit near felsic domes..
