El Diamante Project, Chihuahua. Blackstone Resources Inc. (BZZ-ASE) is pleased to announce that the company has entered into an agreement with Insular Explorations Ltd. (ISX-VSE), whereby Insular can acquire a 70% working interest in the El Diamante Project, in Chihuahua, Mexico. The 50,819 hectare El Diamante Project is located in the Sierra Madre gold belt adjoining the El Sauzal Property of Francisco Gold. It consists of 3 concessions: El Diamante, Turquesa and Encino III. The terms of the agreement require Insular to make cash payments totaling US$175,000, expend US$1,000,000 on exploration over a three year period and issue 100,000 shares. Insular can acquire an additional 20% interest in the property by paying US$500,000 in cash or shares and expending a further US$1,000,000 on exploration.

After Landsat interpretation, the first phase ground exploration was conducted by Reliance Geological Services and included mapping and soil and chip sampling on the Encino Gordo Zone. Gold mineralization is hosted by an andesite porphyry and discrete sub-parallel quartz veins and quartz-sulfide stockworks. A total of 468 soil samples and 475 rock chip samples were collected. Of these rock chips 30 ran over 0.5 ppm.
