Ocampo District, Chihuahua. Drilled Au-Ag property in Ocampo district in early 1997. Optioned a 50% interest in this same property to a Canadian junior in late 1998: Augusta Resource Corp. Could have found a considerable reserve in moderately dipping intersecting shear zones. Reports 5.2 M tonnes at 2.2 gpt Au and 100 gpt Ag. This comes out to around 785,000 equivalent ounces at a 1 gpt Au cut-off. About 818,000 if you throw in Ag at a 50:1 ratio. (There are over 20,000,000 oz Ag) Hole 56 ended in 35m of 5.9 gpt Au and 210 gpt Ag.

Rey de Oro-Klondike Au vein, Sonora. Located in north-central Sonora, the Rey de Oro Property contains numerous old workings including the Rey de Oro, Klondike and La Reina Mines. Mineralized up to widths of 100m. Completed a 3000m 31 hole drilling program in mid-1997. Average intercept is 22m of 2.9 gpt Au.
