Name changed 17Apr97 from Westley Technologies Ltd. Work ongoing in Mexico in 1996 with emphasis on Sonora State.

Juarez and San Francisco Project, Sonora. Located around 40 km from Caborca. Westley's first project in Mexico. Minera Hecla previously reviewed Juarez property. Claims over two small mines located within 1 km from each other. Westley staked a blanket claim of 500 ha. Old 200,000 ton tailings on Juarez presently being leached by a separate operator. Moydow retains a 2.75% nsr on these properties. Optioned them to Green Point Minerals who is conducting exploration in 1998-1999.
