La Virgen Cu-oxide Property, Michoacan. Property is located 16 km N of Lazaro Cardenas. Optioned 4Jun96 from Minera Virgo S.A. de C.V. VSE accepted terms in late 1996. They fumbled the ball to the extent that the claims were announced as caduco in the July 10, 2000 Diario Oficial. Fischer-Watt Gold staked them in a very heads up move on their part.
