Changed name from Eastern Meridian Mining Corporation on November 23, 2000 along with a 1 new for 10 old share rollback.

Picachos Project, Durango. This 4500 ha concession is located in the 60 km NE of Mazatlan in Municipio of San Dimas around 45 km SE of the Tayoltita Mine. Entered into a letter of agreement with Minera Camargo S.A. de C.V., a private Mexican Company. As of 03/01/01 2001 company had only spent $98,831 towards a $300K expenditure due on or by 07/31/01
