El-Bonanza Mining Corporation Ltd. changed its name to Virgin Metals Ltd. on 11/10/98 share for share. 

Alamos and Sahuaripa Districts, Sonora. Acquired a private Ontario corporation called "Alamos Resources Limited" in April, 1998 which held interests in mineral concessions located in two mining districts in eastern and southern Sonora State. (NOTE: This is obviously not THE real Alamos Minerals Company that controls La Fortuna etc.)
