Bahuerachi Cu Property, Sinaloa. On January 26, 2004 CDG's 40% interest in this property was re-acquired by Tyler Resources by issuing 13,336,000 shares at a deemed price of 0.06 $CDN per share. Following this transaction CDG held approximately 26% of Tylers issued and outstanding shares.
