In May, 1999 ICA started pursuing Internet Technology opportunities as their management studies several avenues to ensure that shareholders receive maximum value for the company's current portfolio of mining properties. The strategy to retain and enhance value in these properties will be announced when finalized.

Two Big Concessions, Zacatecas. Staked two large regional concessions in the Zacatecas Mineral Belt which contains San Nicolas, Fresnillo, Fancisco I. Madero and Cerro San Pedro.  At the northwest end about 10 km SW of city of Fresnillo 60,000 ha were claimed and at the SE end near the ZAC, SLP, AGS states triple-point a 75,000 ha claim was staked. No mention of prior existing inlier concessions. This regional acquisition was done in conjunction with RGI (Resource GIS and Imaging Ltd.) who apparently has an interest in the area. Satellite imaging and data compilation is the basis of this effort.

Feliz Group (10,000ha) and the Colores Group (20,000 ha), both in SW Chihuahua. Optioned two groups of concessions which are registered in the name of Proyecto Mineros Simon S.A. de C.V. and beneficially 100% owned by Seguro Projects Inc and Hunter Exploration Group. Phase I program consisted of satellite image analysis, geological mapping, stream/rock sampling. Slated to begin after VSE approval (don't know present status - probably turned back to Mineros Simon).

Feliz Group, Chihuahua consists of four claims: Feliz, Fortuna, Alegre and Encanto located around 220 km SW of Chihuahua and 40 km N of Francisco's El Sauzal discovery. The San Miguel Au-Ag Mine is within the Feliz claim. Geology is Tertiary Volcanics of the Sierra Madre, both upper and lower units.
