Changed name from Delgratia Mining Corporation on 4Feb99. Was undergoing some legal troubles in 1998 concerning salting of some claims in Nevada. Several securities class action lawsuits were filed in US and Canada in August 1999. Legal settlement proposed in early 1999 was accepted in the class action suit. Litigation is continuing against non-settling defendants including former Delgratia president and chairman, Charles A. Anger, are still outstanding. (Caution: Lawyers still engaged in feeding frenzy - it can't be a pretty sight.)

El Alamo Project, BCN. Had this project located 60 km SE of Ensenada in 1994. Consisted lode Au-Ag exploration on Sorpresa, II, IV and VI claims totaling 554 ha.

Juan Sebastian (25,000 ha) and Chapalas (40,000 ha.), BCN. Optioned 100% interest in claims in northern Baja on the east coast just south of company's San Quintin property. Land position in Baja Norte 177,000 ha. (437,000 acres). Covers the SW portion of the San Felipe trend.

Controls 100% interest in 115,000 acres of ground near El Arco, central Baja.

In Baja California a total of 12 claims cover around 950,000 acres and include:
