Adios Muchachos!! Changed name form Golden Thunder Resources Ltd. on 12/04/00 along with a 1 new for 3 old share consolidation. They have dropped their interests in Mexico as of 1Q99 and are currently focused on two projects in China

El Oro Prospect, Batopillas District, Chihuahua. (dropped it) initially entered into agreement to acquire 75% interest in the El Oro claims which cover approximately 7,500 acres. The claims lie along the path of Coyegachi Canyon, and are bounded by the regional NW trending fault scarp, where the "Cieneguita" mine of Glamis Gold and the El Sauzal deposit of Francisco Gold are situated to the south and east.

Under the agreement, the Company would have paid El Paso Partners Ltd. the sums of US$10,000 upon regulatory approval and an additional US$4,000 one month thereafter in return for consulting, preparation of reports, State and Government filings, fieldwork, etc. Additionally, the Company will carry out a first year work program of a minimum of US$75,000; a second year work program of a minimum of US$100,000; and a third year work program of US$150,000. The Company will pay a further US$50,000 payment on the first year anniversary after regulatory approval; US$75,000 on the second anniversary; US$100,000 on the third anniversary and thereafter the sum of US$100,000 per year until a feasibility study is completed. Upon completion of an independent third party bankable feasibility study, the Company will have earned a 75% interest in the Property, and El Paso will retain a 2% NSR.
