Duran Ventures Inc.     [DRV:TSX-V]  

Changed name from Duran Gold Corporation on August 10, 2000 with rollback of 1 new share for two old ones.

Operates in Mexico as Minera Duran S.A. de C.V. under the direction of Terry Brown. 

Dos Amigos, Chihuahua. Two concessions totaling 112 ha in southern Chihuahua. A soil grid of 422 samples was collected in 1997-1998 on a 50m by 100m grid. Target is Au-Ag and anomalous values have been found over 300 by 800m area.  

Cebolla Grande, Durango. A 550 ha concession where the principal target is a stockwork 1 to 2 gram gold prospect.
