Adios Muchachos!!   Delisted TSE March 13, 2001. Website gone. On March 9, 2001 board of directors decided to wind down company's operation and close up shop. Ran out of money. Everybody resigned. Had some stuff in Honduras and Nicaragua at the time.

Entered into cooperative agreement with Independence Resources Ltd. under which the two companies would cooperate in exploration and development of gold projects in Mexico. Private placement of C$350,000 in Independence gave Greenstone a 13% interest in Independence and back-in rights to purchase 50% of Independence's interest in all Mexican gold projects at the point of final feasibility.
