Back in 1994 Harrison Western signed purchase option agreement with Agincourt on 10 concessions covering 3 high-grade underground Ag-Pb-Zn vein districts in northern Sonora: El Gachi, San Felipe and Moctezuma. Agincourt had option from Cia. Minera Serrana S.A. de C.V.
