Las Coloradas Mine, Sinaloa. JV with Vanderbilt Gold Corp. and Consolidated Viscount Resources Ltd. on several Au-Ag concessions NW of Cosala near Durango/Sinaloa border. Five old mines have been reopened and 100 tpd mill to start full-time production soon. Consolidated Viscount Resources and Guardian Enterprises jointly own a 31.85% interest in Las Coloradas with an option to increase this to 57.35%. Acquired the shares of EMK corporation by way of agreement with Cons. Viscount. Now puts Interactive Enterprises in control of 28.675% of the Las Coloradas Mine. Land package consists of 65,756 ha with 18 showings, and two parcels have been optioned to majors (see Vanderbilt). These would be Chirimoyo Property (13,600 ha) that was optioned to Kennecott and El Pino Property (1182 ha) that was optioned to Eldorado Mining & Gencor at one time.
