Lobo 3 Claim, Zacatecas. Company has entered into an agreement with Canarc Resource Corp. to acquire a 50 percent interest in the Lobo 3 property totaling 19,600 hectares (approximately 49,000 acres) adjacent to the Western Copper/Teck Corp. San Nicholas massive sulphide discovery area in Zacatecas State, Mexico. Amended terms of agreement to extend period of payments from 2 years after titles are received to 4 years. First obligation is for Mill City to spend $350,000 within 18 months of title being received. Recent update on that Option Agreement entered into in March 1998: Company let option expire as would otherwise have been required to spend approximately US $300,000 over the next 12 months. Management concluded that, in light of the ongoing investment attitude respecting mineral exploration, it would not be prudent to expend funds which are otherwise very hard to come by.

Monterde Au Property, Chihuahua. In November, 1994 entered into JV agreement with Pandora Industries (operator) to explore the 414 ha. including the former producer know as San Rafael. The Monterde Property is located in western Chihuahua midway and approximately 10 km NW of a line between Creel and Temoris. A trenching program of 430 m in 6 trenches spaces at 100m intervals across the Carmen shear zone was conducted early in 1995. Second major shear on property known as Los Hilos. Reportedly 100,000 tonnes were produced from this area in the past. (NOTE: Operator of JV, Pandora Industries officially terminated option on this property on 7/18/96).
