Nevada Colca Gold Inc.
La Perla, Sonora. A privately held Nevada corporation which signed a JV exploration and production agreement to earn a 90% interest in the 3,100 ha La Perla Property from Silver Eagle Resources Ltd. They have to spend $100K by the end of 1999. Lately it has been worked on a small-scale open pit heap leach basis by local miners. This is the same property that Teck explored unsuccessfully several years ago.
