Elkhorn never acquired Treminco's Mexican assets in that they were vended to Legend Resources Inc. prior to name change.

Elkhorn Gold Mining Corp.  ECG   (TSE)

Changed name from Treminco Resources Ltd. on 24Feb99 with no consolidation of capital. Since Treminco had previously sold their Mexican assets to Legend Resources Inc., it appears that all efforts was focused in putting the 100% owned Elkhorn Property, Jefferson County, Montana into production.
