Lobos, Lobos and more Lobos. Taxes, taxes, what taxes? No idea of what is going on since the last millennium.

 

Aztec Silver Corporation        (see Canarc)        [CCM:TSE]    

Not yet listed separately but operating as either a 75% or 63% owned subsidiary of Canarc Resource Corp. It is a new company formed exclusively to explore and develop properties in Zacatecas and SLP. In the CMH for 2001-2002 it lists Canarc as owning 63% in Minera Aztec Silver Corporation, but gives no indication of what country that is incorporated in.

Lobos Properties - Prime Central Mexico Real Estate:
Staked a total of 13 properties totaling 558,000 ha during 1998 in central Mexico, mostly in Zacatecas and SLP. has optioned them all to three different groups as described below. Aztec's properties have been joint ventured to 3 companies for a total of work and cash commitments of $US14.5M over 3 years.

Lobos 4, 9, 10, and 14-19 Properties, Zacatecas and SLP. Optioned to Far West Mining Ltd. (ASE:FWM) the right to earn a 50% interest over a 3-year period in these nine properties totaling 485,949 Ha . Airborne EM and magnetics are envisioned, followed by ground geophysics, geochemistry and geology plus two phases of drilling.

Lobos 6, 7 and 8 Properties, Zacatecas. Acquired 27,760 Ha Lobos 6 concession and 48,640 Ha Lobos 8 by staking and optioned a 70% interest in the two properties to Noranda. Optioned third property, Lobos 7 (1018 Ha) to Noranda about a month later. Noranda can earn a 70% interest by paying or investing $4.6M in Aztec, spending $1.7M on exploration and delivering bankable feasibility studies. Drilling planned for 3Q99.
